Abstract
The scaling approach is employed to construct the phase diagram of a p olyelectrolyte brush with charges on the free ends of grafted chains. It is shown that the phase diagram under consideration almost coincide s with that of a brush formed by chains with distributed charge. The r ole of distribution of the free ends along the brush height is discuss ed.
