Abstract
The enantioselective synthesis of N-t-Boc protected phenylglycine deri vatives is reported. The synthetic strategy involved the enantioselect ive deprotonation of N-t-Boc-N-TMS protected benzylamines using the (- ) sparteine.s-BuLi complex. (C) 1997 Published by Elsevier Science Ltd .
