Abstract
In this study, the development of myelination in the fetal bovine brai n (age-range: between 1-2 and 8-9 months) was examined applying: 1. Im munohistochemical staining methods and antibodies against bovine prote olipid protein (PLP), synthetic tridecapeptide of bovine PLP, human my elin basic protein (MBP), human myelin-associated glycoprotein (MAG); and 2. Using the Luxol fast-blue (LFB) technique.
