Abstract
We propose a method to compute the visibility of nonradial oscillation modes for a star observed in the continuum. This method, based on the use of Eulerian coordinates, remains valid whenever the geometrical t hickness of the emitting layer cannot be neglected. Some numerical tes ts are performed for comparison with the previous formulation of Dziem bowski (1977), based on the use of Lagrangean coordinates.
