Abstract
Within perturbative QCD, small-x asymptotic expressions for the single t component g(l)(x) of the structure function are obtained for two cas es: that of the exchange of two perturbative gluons and that of the ex change of two nonperturbative gluons. A strong violation of the scalin g behavior is predicted.
