Abstract
The new species Palicourea orquidea, Palicourea quadrilateralis, Palic ourea sopkinii, Palicourea zarucchii, Psychotria ovatistipula, Psychot ria sanchezii, and Psychotria vesciculifera are described and illustra ted. These are all shrubs or small trees found in wet forests at 520-2 500 m in the Pacific slope and Cordilleras Occidental and Central of A ntioquia and Choco Departments, Colombia.
