A. Morisako et al., EFFECT OF SUBSTRATE-TEMPERATURE ON MAGNETIC-PROPERTIES OF STRONTIUM FERRITE THIN-FILMS, IEEE transactions on magnetics, 33(5), 1997, pp. 3100-3102
Strontium hexagonal ferrite (SrM) thin Alms were prepared by a de magn
etron sputtering system, and the crystal structure and magnetic proper
ties were studied. It was found that crystallization temperature of Sr
M Aim was around 500 degrees C. Preferential orientation of c-axis was
observed at the substrate temperature (Ts) of 550 degrees C. The Alms
prepared at Ts of 550 degrees C exhibited the maximum coercivity of 3
.5 kOe in the perpendicular direction.
