Abstract
This paper presents a new approach to genetic based machine learning ( GBML). The new approach utilizes mechanisms of genetic recombination i n bacterial genetics. The new approach is efficient in improving local portions of chromosomes. A simulation of a simple graphic problem usi ng the new approach is done and the effectiveness of the new approach is shown.
