Abstract
Single-agent carboplatin chemotherapy has recently been introduced int o the therapy of limited seminoma. Because of poor compliance due to D own's syndrome we successfully treated a 32-year-old man with relapsed stage-IIIB seminoma with a dose-modified carboplatin monotherapy sche dule leading to complete remission even after a follow-up of 4 years.
