Through an endoscopic transvesico-transurethral approach, we closed a
vesicovaginal fistula that occurred after hysterectomy in a patient wi
th uterine leiomyoma. The 3-mm fistula, located in the midportion of r
etrotrigone, was resected transurethrally and sutured in two layers th
rough two 5-mm suprapubic trocars placed into the bladder and the uret
hral route under pneumobladder. The patient had no urine leakage from
the vagina after surgery.
