Abstract
The spectral density of current fluctuations in single quantum well in frared photodetectors is calculated using the Langevin approach. The n oise gain and photocurrent gain are expressed in terms of basic transp ort parameters. Fluctuations of the incident photon flux are taken int o account. (C) 1997 American Institute of Physics.
