Abstract
Laparoscopic omental patch repair for perforated duodenal ulcer is sti ll technically complicated and requires a long time because of the lac k of appropriate laparoscopic techniques and instruments. Therefore, w e have designed a new technique for laparoscopic omental plug repair i n order to simplify these surgical procedures, and obtained good resul ts with this method.
