Abstract
A technique is described for passing a complete distal ureteric strict ure in a 60-year-old man with a known transitional cell carcinoma of t he bladder who had previously been treated with transurethral resectio n and radiotherapy. Ultrasound and CT showed a newly dilated collectin g system in keeping with recent obstruction.
