Abstract
Two new low-symmetry electron spin resonance (ESR) centres, with S = 1 and referred to as R14 and R15, have been observed in electron- and n eutron-irradiated type Ia and type IIa diamonds. R15 was observed only after the diamond was given an ionization pulse. R14 is produced with similar concentration and anneals out in the same temperature range a s the ESR centre R3. Possible models for the R14 and R3 centres are di scussed.
