Abstract
Double outlet left ventricle with subaortic ventricular septal defect and pulmonary stenosis is a very rare congenital heart disease. We pre sent a case of this cardiopathy which underwent correction consisting of ventricular septal defect closure and right ventricular outflow tra ct reconstruction using a cryopreserved aortic homograft, with a posts urgical follow-up time of 18 months.
