Abstract
Numerical renormalization group calculations have shown that any nonze ro RKKY coupling between a pair of spin-1/2 impurities destroys the ze ro-temperature critical point responsible for the marginal-Fermi-liqui d behavior of the single-impurity, two-channel Kondo model. Here we re port recent progress on calculating the low-temperature properties of the two-impurity model.
