Abstract
A number of cis-dichloro[bis(aminocoumarin)]platinum complexes have be en synthesized and evaluated for their in vitro cytotoxicity against C aco-2T cells. The complex with 7-amino-4-trifluoromethylcoumarin as li gand has been found to be the most active (IC50 10 mu g/ml) in this st udy. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
