Abstract
Various C32-amino derivatives were investigated as replacements for th e C32-hydroxyl group of ascomycin and its C24-deoxy analog. The synthe ses of these amino derivatives and their biological evaluation are rep orted herein. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
