Abstract
The superconducting properties and morphology of 123 ceramics doped wi th CuO (I), Ag2O (II), LiF (III), and Sc2O3 + 2SrO + 3V(2)O(5) (IV) we re studied as a function of heat-treatment conditions. The observed in crease in T-c across system IV was attributed to phonon softening. The fine-grained ceramic of system I showed the maximal critical current j(c) similar or equal to 500 A/cm(2).
