Abstract
Single crystals of pure and Fe-doped potassium lithium niobate were gr own with 44 and 60 mol.% of Nb concentrations. The effect of growth co nditions on the micromorphology has been studied in detail. Studies of the temperature dependence of the dielectric were carried out for var ious frequencies.
