Abstract
Chemical solution deposition (CSD) allows the integration of ferroelec tric and piezoelectric coatings with both silicon technology and in la rge scale macroscopic devices: Applications of coatings as actuators, in high frequency ultrasonic transducers and for piezoelectric transfo rmers are discussed.
