Abstract
In this article we review the use of medicinal insects in China We bri efly describe the history of medicinal insect use, current resources o f medicinal insects, and the various forms in which medicinal insects are consumed. The current research situation of medicinal insect resea rch is discussed, as well as its future prospects.
