Growth of single crystals ( similar to 3 mm in diameter and 5 mm long)
of EuNi5P3, by means of the Czochralski technique in a cold hearth tr
i-arc furnace is described. The crystals were characterized by Laue ba
ck-reflection diffraction analysis with tungsten X-ray radiation, by e
lectron microprobe analysis, and by neutron diffraction.
