Weight loss in structural graphite materials with different crystal st
ructures and porosities was investigated under neutron (E greater than
or equal to 0.18 MeV) irradiation at 320-360 K in water with doses up
to 1.3 x 10(21) n/cm(2). The temperature dependences of the corrosion
rate for some domestic and foreign-made graphites (unirradiated, prei
rradiated, and during irradiation) were compared. The decrease in the
dynamic modulus of elasticity was found to correlate to the pore volum
e.
