Abstract
A range of bright, multicolor phosphor systems for field emission disp lays is reported. These include the standard ZnO:Zn and newer, narrow band emitting systems based on green ZnGa2O4:Mn and red CaTiO3:Pr. A m odified, blue emitting ZnO:(Zn/Mg) and thin films of ZnGa2O4:Mn have a lso been prepared.
