M. Nakasako et al., A CRYSTAL MOUNTING DEVICE MADE FROM A CAPILLARY-TUBE FOR CRYOGENIC MACROMOLECULAR CRYSTALLOGRAPHY, Journal of applied crystallography, 28, 1995, pp. 856-857
A new crystal mounting device for cryogenic macromolecular crystallogr
aphic experiments is described. The device is made from a conventional
capillary tube by cutting it into a thin ring. This device realizes t
he transmission of X-rays in any direction and a crystal can be aligne
d using the wall of the ring.
