Electron emission of Pb0.76Ca0.24TiO3 semiconducting thin films, induc
ed by an ac electric field, has been investigated. Time and energy dis
tribution measurements of this field-induced electron emission are pre
sented. The electrons are observed only during every other half-period
of the exciting ac electric field. The determined energy spectrum of
electrons includes the electrons with maximum energy of the order of a
few eV.
