Abstract
Mosaic structure of Czochralski-grown PbTe[Si] and PbTe[Mn] crystals w as studied by x-ray topography and selective chemical etching. Possibl e ways of reducing the density of low-angle boundaries in doped PbTe c rystals are outlined.
