Abstract
The structure of the nickel(II) complex used in electrode modification by anodic deposition in alkaline solutions was shown to have little o r no effect on the electrochemical features of the layer formed and a pronounced effect on the rate of layer formation. According to our dat a, the layers consist of nickel(II,III) hydroxide and contain no start ing complexes.
