Abstract
This paper studies coherent exciton-exciton interaction in ternary ZnC dSe/ZnSe quantum wells by femtosecond degenerate four-wave mixing. Dis tinct two-exciton features are observed the appearance of which depend s on the polarization of the excitation pulses. A signal for negative pulse delays disappears for larger Cd concentration.
