Abstract
The spectral response of photoconductivity, its temperature quenching, and current-light characteristics of MnGaInS4 single crystals, were e xplored. The energy and concentration of trapped holes as well as the ratio of the capture cross section for holes to that for electrons on recombination centers were determined.
