Abstract
We report on Raman scattering by intersubband excitations in GaAs-AlAs superlattices which exhibit electric-field domains resulting from seq uential resonant tunneling. At a given bias, the Raman spectra reveal two peaks in voltage ranges where two domains coexist. An unexpected r esult of our studies is the observation of significant differences in the dependence of charge- and spin-density scattering on the electric field.
