Abstract
Since the introduction of the BT Chargecard product in 1988, customer demand and expectations have increased. A complete review of this serv ice initiated the cashless services replacement system project. This a rticle describes the impact of the changes to the cashless services ne twork, improvements to customer service and some of the techniques use d to manage a large team across a variety of companies working in diff erent countries and time zones.
