Abstract
The effect of CVD conditions on the average grain size of ZnS deposits was studied by microstructural analysis. Grain size was found to incr ease with deposition temperature and H2S concentration. The degree of orientation of ZnS grains along the growth direction was virtually ind ependent of deposition conditions.
