Abstract
The effects of oxygen stoichiometry and cation substitutions on the st ructure, electrical conductivity, and superconducting properties of Bi (2)Ba(1.8)M(0.2)CuO(6+delta) (M = Ba, In, Ru, Ph) were studied. The ca tion-substituted samples annealed under flowing oxygen contain a super conducting phase.
