Abstract
Electron-probe microanalysis and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to study the surface composition of YBa2Cu3O7-x/0.5-15 wt % Ag c eramics prepared from powders exposed to a humid atmosphere. The super conducting properties of the composites were found to differ little fr om those of 123 ceramics.
