Abstract
Modifications are described that eliminate ice build-up during data co llection from cryo-cooled protein crystals using an RAXIS IIC imaging- plate system and its associated cool nitrogen gas stream apparatus (bo th supplied by Molecular Structure Corporation, The Woodlands, Texas, USA).
