Abstract
Photoinduced absorption and bleaching accompanied by a shift in the tr ansmission edge and photoluminescence (PL) fatigue effect were found i n deformed powders and crystals of As2S3, GeSe2, and As2Se3 at 77 K. I n the excitation spectra of mechanically treated crystals, the PL peak shifts toward higher energies, the slope of the low-energy side of th e band decreases, and the PL intensity rises. The results are discusse d in terms of two stable structural states of molecular groups.
