Abstract
Electrical resistivity and dielectric permittivity of multicomponent g lasses in the systems BaO (Bi2O3, CdO, PbO)-TeO2-WO3 and CdO-PbO-TeO2 were measured as a function of temperature. In the range 300-700 K, th e glasses are characterized by a negative temperature coefficient of r esistance. The activation energy for electrical conductivity ranges fr om 0.1 to 1.5 eV; the dielectric permittivity, from 20 to 250.
