Abstract
The fatty acid patterns of consumed meat and the human health are stro ngly linked. The fatty acid omega 6 and omega 3 and the relation omega 6 and omega 3 as well as PSQ are of special importance. The compositi on of fatty acids in lambs on extensive pasture is better than in thos e with fattening afterwards the aspect of human nutrition.
