Abstract
Noble metals are preconcentrated and separated from the matrix element s by adsorption on proper complexing ligands immobilized on silica gel and subsequent elution. Preconcentration factors of 5-10 were achieve d. The reliability of the method was proved by analysis of a spiked so il material and a CRM with ICP-AES and ICP-MS. Ag, Au, Pd and Pt showe d a good recovery in the spiked material. The indicative value for gol d in the CRM (145 BCR) could be confirmed.
