Abstract
Fabrication of nanostructures has been carried out for the study of th ermal and thermoelectric transport properties. The study was done on a n electron waveguide, defined as a double-bend quantum structure in a two-dimensional electron gas, using a current heating technique. Seebe ck and Peltier effects are observed in this structure. (C) 1996 Americ an Vacuum Society.
