Raman spectra of nanocrystalline LaFeO3, La1-xSrxFeO3 (x = 0.1, 0.2, 0
.4), LaCoO3, La0.8Sr0.2CoO3, La0.8Sr0.2Fe0.4Co0.6O3 and Bi2Ti4O11 mate
rials were examined under compacting pressures of 0.0, 0.5, 1.0 and 1.
5 GPa (0.0-13.0 GPa for Bi2Ti4O11). The results indicate that the Rama
n spectra of the samples change with grain size, components and compac
ting pressure. After nanocrystalline LaCoO3 and La0.8Sr0.2CrO3 samples
had been left in situ for 48 h at room temperature, the shape of the
Raman bands had changed.
