Abstract
Large clear crystals of alpha-nickel sulphate hexahydrate with dimensi ons of 65 x 85 x 75 (mm(3)) have been grown by cooling an aqueous solu tion. The habit and condition of growth were observed. The grown cryst als were optically characterized.
