A major task for the food industry in the future will be absorbing, ev
aluating and positively applying the views and opinions of consumers f
or the general good of the population. This also applies to improving
the image of the product ''meat'' by means of the positive influence f
actors product and process quality, quality assurance and management.
This also includes computer-support and weight-controlled mixing and b
lending with user-specific plant concepts and a certain amount of econ
omic rationalization. But the quality must never be negatively influen
ced by efforts towards automation.
