Abstract
Radiofrequency fields find multiple applications in industrial product ion, and correct field strength measurements are an important factor t o ensure product quality and the occupational safety of the production staff. In addition, calibrated field strength meters are required for tests proving the ''electromagnetic compatibility'' of the final prod ucts. methods and requirements are discussed, how calibration fields c an be established, which are traceable to national standards. Two diff erent new constructions of field strength measurement systems useable as transfer instruments and their technical data are presented.
