Abstract
Certain spatial mechanisms containing higher pairs are kinematically a nalyzed in this paper using the vector algebraic method. This method u ses standardized vector expressions and operations, and specification of the relative orientation of the elements of higher pairs is not req uired. As a result, the analysis procedure is simpler and more direct than with other methods.
