The systematic consideration of test-takers' reactions to the tests th
ey take can be an important part of psychometric assessment. The Exami
nee Feedback Questionnaire (EFeQ) evaluates a variety of aspects of th
e test situation, such as physical conditions, examiner behavior, the
testing conditions, and the test itself. The EFeQ was administered to
1,385 Israeli college applicants who took an entrance examination. A s
econd sample involved 208 groups of students tested in 208 examination
halls. Results established good response to consistency and external
validity for the EFeQ. Examinee reactions to tests appear to be quite
consistent and stable. The EFeQ can be made to apply to a great variet
y of tests, test situations, and examinee populations. Feedback questi
onnaires can assist designers in improving tests and testing procedure
