The present article contains an extension of the investigations done s
o far on the problems of the informational change by incoherent optica
l imagery which often occur, for example, in the photographic practice
. There is assumed a noiseless spherical dioptric optical imaging syst
em with circular aperture the two-dimensional focused or defocused axi
al incoherent image formation of which is influenced by the primary sp
herical aberration. The considerations and results introduced relate t
o the linear and isoplanatic condition for intensity of the quasi mono
chromatic light. Informational change between the object and image pla
ne is accepted for the image quality evaluation. This change is repres
ented by the competent informational entropy loss expressed in the sui
table spectral form. its values and graphical dependences are obtained
by means of a computer for various values of the competent parameters
. They endorse the idea of usefulness of the spectral form of informat
ional entropy loss for suitable evaluation of the optical image perfor
mance.
