Abstract
The main processes occurring at the interface between crystals of Bi2T e3-Sb2Te3 and Bi2Te3-Bi2Se3 solid solutions and Bi-, Sb-, Sn-, Pb-, Cd -, Ag-, and Ni-based metallic alloys are investigated. It is shown tha t low-resistance contacts with stable electrical parameters and a sati sfactory adhesive strength can be produced.
